Cifial's Faucets Attract Attention: “Cifial USA has received three design awards from the Design Journal’s 2009 Awards for Design Excellence (ADEX). The company’s Quadra 25 wall-mount faucet was awarded a Platinum ADEX Award while the Techno 25 low-profile and Quadra 25 high-profile faucets were recognized with Gold ADEX Awards.
‘Building on the success of multiple years of recognition in the ADEX competition, the latest awards reinforce our commitment to superior product design,’ said Joseph Pinto, president of Cifial USA.
The ADEX Awards program, now in its 15th year, is an awards program recognizing exemplary product design in furniture, fixtures and finishes marketed to the design trade. Design Journal, the international trade publication for interior designers, architects and facility managers, is the sponsor of the ADEX Awards.
All three award-winning Cifial faucets are WaterSense-certified and come standard with a 1.5-gpm flow rate, resulting in a 30 percent savings as compared to the industry standard of 2.2 gpm. The low-profile Techno 25 stands at just over 6 in. tall for smaller spaces while the high-profile Quadra 25 at 11 1/2 in. is an option for living spaces with full bars or kitchen islands.”
